Social Media & Content Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for someone who can raise our brand's profile on LinkedIn and other platforms, creatively prepare topics and newsletters, and turn ideas into leads. In short: you give VEACT a voice—fresh, professional, and authentic.

  • Planning and implementation of our social media presence – with ideas that stands out
  • Creative posts, carousels, and short videos that explain complex topics in a simple way.
  • Confident writing for social media, websites, white papers, advertising materials, and sales documents.
  • Development and maintenance of website content – from product pages to blog posts.
  • Creation of white papers, case studies, and presentations that present our solutions clearly and attractively.
  • Support in the design of marketing and sales materials such as brochures, one-pagers, and event assets.
  • Contributing to the development of lead magnets (checklists, event pages, landing pages) and targeted campaign content.
  • Responsibility for creating and sending our external newsletters in collaboration with the respective account managers.
  • Close collaboration with design, video, and marketing automation teams.
  • Analysis, A/B testing, and continuous fine-tuning to increase reach and leads.


Who you are and what you bring:
  • Degree in media and communication studies or training in marketing communication, media design
  • Several years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing
  • Strong language skills—you write clearly, modernly, and without empty phrases
  • Experience writing for various formats: websites, social media, white papers, print, and presentations
  • Confident use of LinkedIn (organic & paid) as well as basic knowledge of SEO and newsletter tools
  • German and English at C1 level
  • Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
  • Curiosity and openness to new ways of doing things 
  • You are self-confident, enjoy actively approaching people and have high social skills
  • You have a structured, independent & solution-oriented way of working with a high level of team & customer orientation
