Your role will be to empower our people and facilitate their day-to-day work lives as we continue to grow internationally as a company.

You will be touching upon all the stages in the people lifecycle from onboarding to compliance, administration and employee engagement. You will learn so much more with us, and more importantly, be part of a growing organization with a lot of potential and a great future.

More specifically, you will:

Lead the full employment lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding and beyond
Maintain relationships with external payroll providers to ensure smooth operations
Manage operational processes for the People function, including management of tools and systems
Provide relocation\ immigration support for new hires
Act as the initial point of contact for employee inquiries on various topics
Be an ambassador for Veact's culture by driving employee engagement and retention initiatives
Deliver high-quality customer care to enhance employee satisfaction
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address process gaps and challenges, driving continuous improvement

Who you are and what you bring:

Generalist experience in People Operations within a start-up environment in Germany
Familiar with the administrative and compliance aspect of the German employment system
University degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Strong autonomy and time management skills
Proficient in handling confidential information
Driven and target-oriented with analytical problem-solving skills
Possesses a can-do attitude and learning agility, with a curious mindset
Fluent in English; German proficiency at C1 level or above required
Demonstrates flexibility, adaptability, and openness to new approaches

Founded in 2010, VEACT develops and distributes a software-based platform for digitalising marketing processes in the automotive industry. With self-learning technology and a broad automotive know-how, VEACT supports its customers in making marketing and sales processes more efficient through data. To do this, VEACT uses all available data sources, such as invoices, service histories, satisfaction queries, and campaign data and condenses them into a customer profile. The aim is to process this information qualitatively so that it can be used to create individual customer profiles and recommendations for action (predictive customer intelligence).

In Europe, 380,000 car dealerships and repair shops generate a turnover of €170 billion in aftersales.  

Over the coming period, VEACT is embarking on a European scaling journey and is seeking to expand its footprint to enhance its growth trajectory.
