Legal and Compliance Manager

The impact you'll have
We are seeking for a Legal and Compliance Manager to join our team. 
This role is pivotal in ensuring the company's IT compliance, ESG adherence, and effective contract management. You will play a key role in international expansion, brand management, and mitigating risks associated with IT and legal compliance.
More specifically, you will:
  • Lead TISAX re-certification processes to ensure compliance standards are met.
  • Oversee IT security measures and implement improvements as needed.
  • Manage and negotiate various contracts, including OEM, NSC, Dealer, and Partner agreements.
  • Address and ensure compliance with the Supply Chain Act.
  • Collaborate with legal professionals on contract drafting, including NDAs.
  • Implement and oversee ESG initiatives within the company.
  • Serve as a point of contact for international stakeholders regarding compliance matters.
Who you are and what you bring:
  • Proven experience in IT compliance and TISAX recertification.
  • Strong background in IT security measures.
  • Expertise in managing diverse contracts, including OEM, NSC, dealer, and partner contracts.
  • Familiarity with ESG principles.
  • Fluent in English and German.
