Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in attracting and retaining exceptional employees. In this position, you will be responsible for continuously seeking out top talent, developing a compelling employment brand, and fostering positive relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
- Lead our efforts in talent acquisition, working closely with the wider HR team and hiring managers
- Together with the Head of HR develop attraction and recruitment strategies and hiring plans
- Lead employment branding initiatives such as social media campaigns and events
- Own open positions from the intake meeting, active sourcing, interviewing, selection to offer negotiation and closing
- Represent Veact as an employer of choice to candidates
- Ensure positive candidate experience
- Organise and attend career fairs and similar events
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
